Renee works with educational organizations to improve outcomes for students. Drawing from her over twenty years experiences as a mathematics teacher, instructional coach, teacher educator, and school principal, Renee facilitates improvement work in collaboration with practitioners to get results for kids, especially those in under-resourced districts with under-represented populations. With a belief that students must remain at the center, she helps teams build coherence by reducing distractions, developing structures and coaching towards a clear focus through networks. Renee has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in educational administration.
