Molly Duffy is an instructional coach at the David A. Ellis elementary school in Roxbury. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English and Elementary Education with a minor in Moderate Disabilities from Merrimack College, her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Villanova University, and is currently in the Urban Education, Leadership and Policy Studies doctoral program at UMass Boston. This is Molly’s 9th year with the Boston Public Schools, serving as a 4th grade, and then 1st grade, classroom teacher before moving into a coaching role. Molly is committed to coaching for equity in mathematics instruction.
