Jackie Creasey is a ninth year math teacher. Seven of her nine years have been working with children in an urban setting. Jackie has taught four years in Maryland, two years in Delaware, and the remainder in Boston. Jackie is originally from Delaware, where her family still lives. Her mother and sister are also teachers! While Jackie has always taught middle school, she is dually certified in Elementary Education and Special Education. For the past two years, Jackie has participated in a math and technology collaborative with other educators in Boston and Cambridge. Outside of education, Jackie has began to run for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, in honor of her brother, Alex. So far, she has two marathons down, with many more to come!
