Undergraduate Research Assistant

Salome is a senior at MIT majoring in 15-1 (Management) with an EdTech concentration and a minor in Latin American and Latino/a Studies. She is passionate about the experiences of underrepresented and justice-impacted students in the K-12 space and higher education. Specifically, she sees STEM and CS as fields that are losing significant talent and this needs intervention. She is joining the TSL team as an undergraduate research assistant in the Programming the Acceleration of Computing Education in High School project, where she will collaboratively design solutions to equity problems in CS education
